As an Angela’s Swim School franchisee, you’ll be operating under a well-known brand with a reputation for quality, safety, and excellent customer service. We want to make sure we give you everything you need to be a success in your new business, and to maintain the high standards we expect from everyone who is proud to wear the Angela’s Swim School logo.
For this reason, we have developed a comprehensive training programme to help prepare you. Initial training is an intensive four-day classroom and pool-based induction to familiarise you with all elements of our unique programme and how to operate your business, including:
Full introduction to the franchise and summary of Operations Manual
Our exclusive teaching techniques and how to deliver classes
How to work in both large and small pools
How to find local pools to host your classes and signing contracts
Maintaining relationships with schools and the local community
Understanding how to find students
How to use the fully automated swim school management system
How to participate in local and national marketing alongside head office
Recruiting instructors, their contracts and rates of pay
How to meet statutory compliance and Health & Safety training
Ongoing Support
We will continue to stay by your side every step of the way on your journey as a new business owner with our franchise. You will very much be a part of the Angela’s Swim School family and we plan to do everything we can to support you in any way that we can.
We will guide you through your pre-launch period and work closely with you to maximise the opportunities in your unique territory and help you identify the best pool locations. We will then follow-up with you through regular visits at least once per term to give you the opportunity to bring up any concerns or challenges you are facing as you make the most of our experience and expertise. You will also have access to training in new techniques and compliance issues as and when they arise.
We will also be on hand for any and all guidance and advice you need, right from your all important first weeks and months and throughout what will hope will be a long and rewarding partnership with us.
